A Step Back For Women Everywhere

People-watching is a favorite finished time of mine. Some people are actually frustrating to accompany – but it’s like a car hulk; I can’t bring myself to look away. I lastly stopped by the new Sam’s club that fitting opened near my house. Any trust in that sells 10 pound tubs of mayo and 25 pen packages of sausage is bound to bring about a display in some interested people.

I was watching a boyish couple- maybe mid-30s. They were both well dressed in very preppy “we precisely came from brunch at the country confederate outfits”.

They were walking around and she stops to check up on a display of mops. She says “I call for this so I can clean under the beds. Can I buy this?”

WHAT??? There are more things unfair with that conversation than I can count!

She stood there holding the mop with the look of a babe in a toy store who wanted a new doll, waiting eagerly for his acceptance and permission. The blood boiling in my ears on behalf of every women’s lib activist prevented me from hearing his defence.

First, any dirt that requires special tools to immaculate where no one is going to see it anyway is fine right where it is.

 Right hand, do I really even have to ask - who asks for approbation to buy a mop? while I understand marriage is a partnership there are no part of the intermixing vows that state “I shall ask sanction before I clean your house.”

Lastly, why is it her charge to clean under the beds? Obviously the soil wasn’t bothering him any or he would have cleaned it his doom self.

I really wanted to ask her why she would ask enfranchisement for anything from a guy wearing pink and yellow plaid shorts and a pink polo shirt as he studies the vital part selection in a warehouse club.
